Pharmocological action
PROVIRON-VER (Mesterolone) compensates for androgen deficiency, stimulates the development of male genital organs and secondary sexual characteristics, improves libido and potency; exhibits anabolic properties, increases the amount of proteins that accumulate in tissues, especially muscle, accelerates bone growth and the speed of closure of the epiphyses, activates erythropoiesis.
At the recommended doses, neural spermatogenesis.
 
Dosage & method of use
Standard PROVIRON-VER doses to treat androgen or male fertility will normally fall in the 50-75 mg per day range. Normally the total dosing is split into 2-3 25 mg doses per day. In androgen deficiency plans, the total dosing almost always starts at 75 mg per day and slowly reduces to 25-50 mg per day depending on patient need;
In a performance capacity, PROVIRON-VER doses normally range from 50-150 mg per day. Total use will normally last between 8-12 weeks;
Mesterolone is intended exclusively for use by male patients.
 
Side effects
Possible: unwanted frequent or prolonged erection;
Rare: benign or malignant changes in the liver.
 
Identification
Round tablets of white color, with an engraving in the form of a triangle on one of the parties.
