Pharmocological action
As are all Tren forms, Trenbolone-Enanthate is a 19-nor anabolic steroid that carries a whopping anabolic and androgenic rating of 500 in both categories. A hormone that binds firmly to the androgen receptor, providing strong ana- bolic and fat-burning qualities Trenbolone-Enanthate carries many features common to other anabolic steroids yet often at nearly ten times the level of power. By its precise nature, Tren-E as it is commonly called will greatly pro- mote the release of the potent peptide hormone IGF-1; a massively, naturally produced anabolic hormone. Further, like most steroids it will increase nitro- gen retention, protein synthesis and red blood cell count, but it is in nutrient efficiency where it really shines.
 
Dosage & method of use
Dosage and duration of therapy with Testosterone Enanthate injection will de- pend on age, sex, diagnosis, patient's response to treatment, and appearance of adverse effects. When properly given, injections ofTestosterone Enanthate, are well tolerated. Care should be taken to slowly inject the preparation deeply into the gluteal muscle, being sure to follow the usual precautions for intra- muscular administration, such as the avoidance of intravascular injection.
Side effects
Endocrine and Urogenital, Female - The most common side effects of andro- gen therapy are amenorrhea and other menstrual irregularities, inhibition of gonadotropin secretion, and virilization, including deepening of the voice and clitoral enlargement.The latter usually is not reversible after androgens are dis- continued. When administered to a pregnant woman, androgens cause viriliza- tion of the external genitalia of the female fetus. Male - Gynecomastia, and excessive frequency and duration of penile erec- tions. Oligospermia may occur at high dosages. Skin and Appendages - Hirsutism, male pattern baldness, and acne. Cardiovascular Disorders - Myocardial infarction, stroke. Fluid and Electrolyte Disturbances - Retention of sodium, chloride, water, po- tassium, calcium, and inorganic phosphates. Gastrointestinal - Nausea, cholestatic jaundice, alterations in liver function tests; rarely, hepatocellular neoplasms, peliosis hepatis. Hematologic - Suppression of clotting factors II, V, VII, and X; bleeding in pa- tients on concomitant anticoagulant therapy; polycythemia. Nervous System - Increased or decreased libido, headache, anxiety, depres- sion, and generalized paresthesia. Metabolic - Increased serum cholesterol.
