Pharmocological action
Tri Trenaver is a derivative of nandrolone, in that it lacks the methyl group at position 19. Tri Trenaver binds strongly to both the androgen receptor and the progesterone receptor. This strong binding likely makes trenbolone an agonist of the progesterone receptor. Though people generally believe progesterone agonists cause gynecomastia, progesterone agonists actually result in the downregulation of estro- gen receptors. This strong progesterone receptor binding is also be- lieved to be the source of the severe shutdown and loss of libido in a good portion of trenbolone users. As mentioned, trenbolone binds strongly to the androgen receptor (stronger than any commercially available androgen) and is not metabolized to 3-alpha metabolites in skeletal muscle delivering rapid strength and size gains.
 
Dosage & method of use
ForMen: Common dosages for physique or performance enhancing purposes are in the range of 1 -2 ml per injection weekly, or 200-400 mg per injection of TRITRENAVER per week. TRITRENAVER is generally not recommended for women for physique- or performance-enhancing purposes due to strong androgenic nature and tendency to produce virilizing side effects.
 
Side effects
Tri Trenaver has negligible estrogen conversion rate when compared to testosterone. But at higher dosages increased estrogen levels in the body can cause side effects such as increased water retention, body fat gain, and gynecomastia. In Men, elevated Dosage ofTri Trenaver is likely to produce androgenic side effects including oily skin, acne, and body/facial hair growth. Like all Anabolic/Androgenic steroids, it also has a tendency to reduce en- dogenous testosterone production. If used, Strong virilising effect in women can cause deepening of the voice, menstrual irregularities, and changes in skin texture, facial hair growth, and clitoral enlargement.
